Introduction
The intelligent mine industrial IOT platform of China TX (RED-MOS 5.0) is a new-generation open and extensible operating system platform for intelligent mines.
The platform has integrated such capabilities as industrial IOT (RED-IOT), two-dimensional and three-dimensional GIS for coal mines, data governance and mining as well as AI large model integration, software-defined control (SDC) and low-code platform, being connected to various sensing data at the downward level, and providing data services, spatiotemporal services, visualization, collaborative design, and big data analysis support for intelligent applications at the upward level. Moreover, it automatically distributes and executes optimized control strategies through SDC technology.
Driven by the dual-core synergy of ‘AI + SDC’, RED-MOS 5.0 has achieved the closed-loop operation of ‘Sensing - Analysis – Decision-making - Control’ in the intelligent construction of mines. It can quickly set up such intelligent applications as intelligent comprehensive control, intelligent mining, safety production and dispatching command, transparency geological guarantee, hazard prevention and decision-making analysis through the low-code ‘drag-and-pull’ method and, ultimately, promote the realization of IOE (Internet of Everything), multi-system interaction, autonomous optimization and intelligent operation in the mines.
